9 burgers
Ingredients

- 3 MioMat cups of soy pulp (okara)
- 100g of grated carrot
- 30g of chopped cilantro
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp of oregano
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of sweet ground paprika
- 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp of onion powder
Instructions

- Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl.
- When everything is thoroughly combined, form 9 burgers in 6cm diameter with your hands.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180°C / 356°F for 15 minutes.
- Once ready, serve with vegetables of your choice.
