Ingredients

- 3 MioMat cups of soy pulp (okara)
- 250g of all-purpose flour
- 80g of water
- 40g of sesame seeds
- 40g of flax seeds
- 20g of chives
- 2 tbsp of nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of merkén
Instructions

- Mix all dry ingredients ( flour, salt, nutritional yeast, merkén, sesame seeds, flax seeds and chopped chives) in a large bowl.
- Add soy pulp, olive oil, and water to the mixture.
- Mix everything together to thoroughly combine. It should be soft but shouldn’t stick to your hands. (If it sticks add a little bit of flour).
- With a rolling pin, stretch the dough on baking paper. Leave it as thin as possible.
- Cut into 4×4 cm / 1.57 x 1.57 in squares.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180°C / 356°F for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges turn slightly golden.
- Let it cool down and enjoy.
