Peel and cut the Hokkaido pumpkin and the white onion into bitesize pieces.
Put all the ingredients into the MioMat.
Pour cold water between the MIN (1100ml) and MAX (1300ml) lines indicated inside the MioMat.
Remove the grinding cylinder by turning it in the UNLOCK direction indicated on the grinding cylinder. If you skip this step, you may have some big, uncooked pieces in your soup.
Close the MioMat. Don’t worry if there is a little gap between the top and the bottom, it’s there to let the steam come out when cooking.
Plug in the MioMat.
Choose the Creamy Soup program by pressing the select button.
Press the start button.
After 30 minutes, MioMat will start beeping. This means your soup is done.
